We had a cook-out to welcome our new students to the Dorm.
There was plenty of food...
games...
fun...
and relaxation!

We ended the evening around the fire. What a great start to our year!!
In order to help the students 'familiarize' themselves with Kokomo living we conducted a scavenger hunt for them. They began at the International Dorm and had to locate various shops downtown- such as, Walgreens, Subway, Main Street Cafe, the Trolley Station, Hair Salons, and the Post Office. Here the boys are posing at Walt Moss Barber where they can walk and get a haircut for 13$

As I type this post, I can hear the boys playing ping pong. It has become a familiar sound in the dorm and such a joy to hear the different nationalities uniting over competitive play!
